Outside of work you can find me on the beach in Hull, doing yoga in the park, walking in nature, listening to live music outside, and dining out around the South Shore. I enjoy being outdoors whenever possible, which helps me connect my mind, body, and spirit, and enhances mindfulness in every aspect of my life.
